GARY BARLOW'S €7M MANSION BURGLED BY GANG WHILE HE WAS PERFORMING WITH TAKE THAT

Gary Barlow's was burgled while he performed with Take That on Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway last month.

Take That appeared on the Saturday night TV favourite on April 6, opening the show with their hit Shine, a week before the Geordie duo bid a final farewell to the show after 22 years.

However, while Gary was away filming for the show, a gang of burglars waited for dark and then forced entry to the gates of his home in a village in the south of England.

Neighbours spotted police investigating the property, worth around €7million, in the days following the break-in although it has not been confirmed if anything was stolen from the house.

Gary lives in the home with his wife Dawn and their three children Daniel, 23, Emily, 21, and Daisy, 15. It hasn't been revealed if they were home at the time of the burglary.

A neighbour told The Sun: 'When I drove past I saw officers taking photos of the gates, which had been damaged.

'They were left half open. A few days later the gates had been fixed.'

Another neighbour said: 'The police have been round to ask me about what happened, but I wasn't aware of anything. I noticed the gates were flapping open. It's a rather secluded place. It's a warning to us all.'

This comes as Take That headed on tour with their show This Life On Tour, kicking off in Sheffield just days after the burglary on April 13.

The band are currently touring 41 dates across the UK and Ireland, with support from Olly Murs, before a further 24 shows in Europe this summer.
