We all know about famous ex couples like Kimye and Brangelina (RIP), but what about the couples that you had no clue were together?
And trust us, there are dozens of celebrities that you never knew dated each other. The mind boggles!

1. Prince Harry and Jenna Coleman
Prince Harry and Jenna Coleman were linked together back in 2015 when they were papped getting very cosy following a charity polo match.
The former Emmerdale actress had just split from her Game of Thrones boyfriend, Richard Madden. And it looks like she upgraded from the fictional King in the North to a real life Prince.
Not bad! Although, it clearly wasn't meant to last as Harry went on to marry Meghan Markle and Jenna is currently dating director Jamie Childs after they met on the set of The Sandman in 2020.
2. Colin Farrell and Britney Spears
Despite appearing on a red carpet together back in 2003, which is basically the celeb version of making things Instagram official, Britney denied that her and Colin Farrell ever dated. They were spotted engaging in some serious PDA, so...
Of course, our Colin didn't stand for this and sent her a t-shirt that said, 'I slept with Colin Farrell and all I got was this lousy t-shirt'. Obviously, a keeper right there.
However, Britney finally spilled the beans in her 2023 memoir The Woman In Me, describing their two-week fling as 'a brawl.'
She likened their 'passionate' fling to a 'street fight' and said they were 'all over each other - but admitted that at the time she was still reeling from her break up with Justin Timberlake and her fling with Colin didn't lead to anything serious.

Before he was Christian in Fifty Shades of Grey, Jamie Dornan was a model and was partying with the best of them. And he dated a slew of high-profile women.

Liam Neeson and Helen Mirren dated back in the 1980s after meeting on the set of Excalibur and they were together for five whole years!!! Liam admitted that he was 'smitten' with Helen from day one! Can you cope?
Both Helen and Liam went on to marry their long-term partners in the following years. Liam tragically lost his wife Natasha Richardson to a skiing accident and Helen has been married to Taylor Hackford for almost three decades.
5. Robbie Williams and Cameron Diaz
Other than the most 2004 picture we have ever seen in our whole lives, Cameron Diaz and Robbie Williams blessed us with their bizarre relationship back in the early noughties.
The pair had a summer fling after they were spotted getting close in Santa Monica back in the day.
However, Cameron didn't fully leave Robbie's life after they split. She actually helped with his relationship with his wife, Ayda and got them on the right track.
Speaking on Loose Women, Ayda said: 'A few months into our relationship, we had a break-up. Well we had a couple of break-ups actually. He went to the Chateau Marmont and got talking to Cameron Diaz. Yes, Cher and Tom Cruise were apparently a thing in the eighties! They started their short lived romance in 1987, when Cher was at the height of her career and a baby faced Tom was just beginning his.
Cher has said that she was 'crazy' for the actor who is 16 years her junior.
Why does Tom Cruise look like a county minor player who is off to his Debs? This is all too much for us!
7. Ryan Reynolds and Alanis Morrisette
Before becoming part of the most beautiful couple in the world, with his wife Blake Lively, and even before his marriage to Scarlett Johannsen, Ryan Reynolds dated singer-songwriter Alanis Morissette.
We guess they're both Canadian so... Anyway, they weren't just dating they were actually engaged! However, after a three year engagement they broke it off in 2007.
When they were together, they were super big on PDAs and look like a very early noughties couple because there are some LOOKS from their years together.
8. Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden
They are now constantly bickering with one another one Britain's Got Talent but once upon a time they dated.
Well, okay maybe not a very serious couple with Amanda saying that they went on just one date.

Okay, we are seriously heartbroken that these two didn't work out because we love both of them.
Jen's known for her high profile relationships but we completely missed her romance with Paul Rudd in the nineties.
They got together after filming The Object of my Affection, and obviously Paul became the object of Jennifer's affection in 1998.
Clearly there's no bad blood between the pair as they worked on Friends together, when Paul starred as Phoebe's love interest, Mike. And then again in 2011 in Wanderlust. And they make a great couple, if we do say so ourselves.
